FUNDACIÓN PARA LA EDUCACIÓN SOCIAL, ECONÓMICO Y CULTURAL
It is a public, apolitical, non-profit or religious entity, constituted and operating in accordance with the laws of the Republic of El Salvador, whose objectives are to encourage and promote educational and cultural programs, with central emphasis on as the human people as the basis of the development of the country, involving Salvadorans abroad. Seeking to create opportunities for citizen participation and access to education for sectors that are vulnerable to social marginization and with limited resources.
